Nolan and I did a 5K this morning. It was so great! It was a beautiful day to go for a run! We came in 78 and 79th out of 209, so we felt pretty good about that. It was our first one! I plan to do more, but I am not sure about Nolan. Maybe I can convince him to sign up for another one!

Good job on the 5K! That is awesome. I really should do another one. So...who won? You or Nolan? I guess you could just say that you finished right at the same time :)
Your blog looks great. I am glad that you took those pictures after the race. Nolan looks a lot happier then than he did before the race.

Nolan, your cross country days are coming back to you. Megan you should know that your husband was quite the runner in high school if you ask me, I say that because if I remember right he always beat me. Course now that's not saying much.

Wow Megs! I didn't realize my good friend was the little runner! I'm very proud of you and Nolan! Thats awesome... I keep saying maybe one day!
